Refund

I ordered a Halloween costume 4 days before Halloween for my daughter, I paid $30 for the costume and $30 for shipping to get my item on time.. Well I never got the item! I keep trying to contact someone about getting a refund, and for some reason no one can get back to me... I dont even want a problem with this company i just want my money back... 60$ for a halloween costume that never came...

Wrongful charges

I did receive 2 letters from 7th Ave. and Midnight stating the charges from "THE OTHER DEBORAH GASTON" will be taken off my credit. It is preventing me from moving so this needs to be done ASAP to clear my credit. I have already been turned down!!! Please make new aware when these charges address taking off my credit report. The robots head won't stay on

They were very nice when I told them the problem and they are going to replace it for me I'm very satisfied with seventh avenue

I have no complaint! They're a great store. I just said they didn't answer phone. And I do have an issue with you! Whoever you are. You must be using that dirty practice of slipping things in so people accidently.click on your site. I know I didn'tdo it on purpose I. I unsubscribed so unsubscribe me! Now on your way spam!

Being billed for items I don't have

I have received a bill for something I don't even have . That was never shipped. The tax with shipping and handling price run just as much or more than the item you try to purchase which is not good at all ..... seventh avenue has some nice items but be careful especially when you get a bill and haven't received the item

Want to return an inoperable motorized recliner

I have emailed and tried to talk to someone for several weeks to return such chair for a full refund. I did receive an email telling me it was under warranty and the would send me labels to return it. But I have been unable to get a response since then.

I'm not very happy with the service!!

I ordered a Chucky costume for my son and it got to me broken and missing parts/pieces of the costume, and I'm not very much Happy at all!! I just want 7th Ave costume to make it right!!

Horrible Customer Service

The costume I ordered was too big, they refused to do an exchange at the same price i paid 24 hours after I received the order. They wanted me to pay more for an entirely new costume and return shipping then process a return for the other costume. The manager wasn't helpful and neither was the customer service rep. Costume was cheap material! I wont be shopping there again. I cannot believe that not even the manager could get creative to make something work to keep the customer happy. I shop online all the time and I've never had service like this. so dissapointed. Won't be using them every again.

A few months ago I ordered a small diffuser which I returned because it was of such poor quality, not at all as described. The essential oils, I also ordered, were no longer available, yet I was billed.

Calls/letters to clear up this problem are ignored. Finall, out of desperation I paid 18.90$,by check, cashed on 1/23. No matter how many times I explained I actually never bought anything, I am ignored.

I will never buy again from this company, so dishonest. Customer service is a joke.

7th avenue costumes

we ordered a deluxe santa uniform from this comp. oct, 21, 2012, with our credit card( visa), the funds were paid to the comp. but the comp. stated they never got the order, we are paying for something that was never sent..................pure fraud.....................we called both visa and 7th ave, they act retarded about it, no one can fix this they both say, the cust.ser. dept. at 7th ave. were super rude and pissed i called 2 times, i told them we will now call atty.gen.office. they repleied, do whatever you want, we dont care, you are not a paying cust. and they hung up the phone, the order was for 400.00 santa suit......
